Some competent, motivated coworkers. Not that their competence and motivation can accomplish anything in this train wreck - they're just commiseration buddies.
Cons
Never in my career have I seen a company like this. It's the most inept company I've ever seen, and it's not close. Leadership is completely clueless on business strategy, product strategy, gtm, how to build a team and a culture, basically everything that matters. They're also completely impervious to good advice. There are world class employees who are just whiling away their time because management can't lead and will not let people be self-led. Of course, people leave.
Unsurprisingly, their products are either perennially in development or so badly conceived and marketed that they struggle to find any customers. Staggeringly, investors are propping it up but it can't possibly last unless there's a radical change, starting with leadership.
