Pros
Good benefits and PTO. Not the best pay. Working OT is the only way to make some money. Yearly COLA doesn't keep up with the economy, you end up having less spending power every year.
Cons
Not the best pay. Working OT is the only way to make some money. Yearly COLA doesn't keep up with the economy, you end up having less spending power every year. The supervisors aren't the best. Very poor communication between management and employees get in trouble for things before the supervisors get the whole story. Even when they're wrong, the employees never get apologies.
