Management was more concerned with playing politics/games than actual leadership. Highest management had absolutely no IT experience. Poor leadership, lack of organization, lack of expertise, non-existent mentorship. People set their own schedules, leave when ever they want, hard to find access to resources. Absolutely no cross functional team collaboration. Worked within the IT department and did not have opportunity to meet with team once all year.
