Cons
(the short for the quick scroller) A job at Snapsheet should be your last resort if you need a position to keep you from homelessness. A "GREED IS GOOD" mentality and no work-life balance is a good way to summerize snapsheet. There are 4 key major points of contention with Snapsheet, for brevarity I have listed them below: 1.) Turnover is extremely high. More than 50% of new hires will leave before training they finish training. Those who stay will be burned out 1-2 years into their career at Snapsheet. As a result some of the company's managers were "encouraged" to compensate by posting postive company reviews. 2.)Snapsheet has a severe issue with nepotism and favoritism in which often managers will work together to join together to load you up with the hardest claims. 3.)The CEO and sales team generates part of the problem plaguing Snapsheet by promising carriers by over promissing the companies ability to complete large volumes of claims in a timely manner. To compensate they impliment Mandatory OT has lasted and contiunes for more than a year 4.)As a company Snapsheet struggles to control inappropriate work conversations and sexual harrasment as the companies virtual communication Google Chats, is unmonitured when used as a video chat. HR cannot pull these conversations so much goes on that shouldn't without a way to validate a reported issue.
