Pros
I have noticed a significant change in Snappy throughout the past year as we've matured from a start up stage to a growth stage. The top-down communication is stronger, there is a clear set of company goals and path to execute on them, and employees have the resources they need to get their jobs done efficiently. Morale is higher than it's been in past years and although teams are very busy, the spirit of collaboration is high and people seem to overall be enjoying their experience working at Snappy. We recently got to attend a company-wide kickoff in Cancun and it was great to bring a remote workforce together. We have big goals for 2025 and although we will be attempting them in a challenging market, I believe we have the leadership and talent to have a very successful year. I feel I have a very health work/life balance and am incredibly supported by my manager. The benefits are great (free health/dental plan and 401k match) and I really enjoy working with my team and other teams here at Snappy. People are overall very nice, eager to help, and care about their work.
