Pros
- Good product for the most part - I genuinely believe SnapLogic is one of the best integration solutions out there - The CEO is a true visionary. He's always thinking a few steps ahead of the game. SnapGPT is a testament to that - IRIS (the predecessor) was thought up by him 7-8 years prior to generative AI being a concept. - People are great - I've made more friends at snapLogic than I've made almost anywhere else. EMEA has some really great people! - It'll take time, but snapLogic will eventually make it to some sort of successful exit. Built to last!
Cons
- It's a tough space to be in, and too many sales leaders/sales people think that the product sells itself. They don't have a true appreciation for how the product works - There's an unfortunate lack of accountability in some areas of the business - it's very frustrating. They're more interested in covering their own backs rather than putting in the grind to help the company be successful. - A lot of mishires were made, a lot of functions were set up to fail. Hopefully with a bit of a restructure, that'll stop being the case soon. - Although the company isn't young - it still lacks brand awareness. Hopefully snapGPT will fix that
