Pros

My work colleagues were wonderful, we collaborated greatly in and out of the office (primarily in a remote environment). Worked long hours but that was okay given the strong partnerships we had. The company embraced remote work.

Cons

Leadership is just bad in general. They don't communicate well to lower-level employees of what is happening with the company, economically and organizationally. They did so many large org changes that left everyone confused and worried about their jobs. They laid off many employees in 2020 and again in Dec 2022, just weeks before the holidays. They couldn't wait a couple of weeks? Really?

Pros

Supportive Team Environment From day one, I felt welcomed and valued. My team and colleagues are always willing to help, answer questions, and provide guidance. It's not just lip service—people actually care about seeing you succeed. Whether you need help understanding a complex process or just need to bounce ideas off someone, there's a collaborative spirit that makes the workplace feel like a real community. Leadership is approachable and invested in their teams' wellbeing. Incredible Growth Opportunities What I appreciate most is the emphasis on learning and development. Snap Finance truly invests in their people. I've had the chance to expand my skill set, take on new responsibilities, and grow professionally in ways I didn't expect. The company seems to value internal advancement and encourages employees to develop expertise. Whether it's formal training, cross-functional projects, or learning from experienced colleagues, there are genuine opportunities to level up your career. Why I Love It Here The combination of a supportive culture and real growth potential makes Snap Finance stand out. It's refreshing to work for a company that sees employees as long-term assets rather than short-term resources. If you're looking for a place where you can learn, grow, and feel genuinely supported, I'd definitely recommend considering Snap Finance.

Cons

Nothing of note to add here.
