      Lots of friendly engineers, pay was ok in theory

      Cons

      Management is unstable, which reflects on the company as a whole. Every week we would get an email about senior position changes and reorg. Pay is too heavily reliant on unreliable stock

      Relatively good opportunities for those who just starting their career and want to try big tech (kinda big)

      Cons

      The code is outdated. Building the app won't give you experience that you can fully use outside of the Snapchat. So much homemade tools and solution that doesn't provide best experience and doesn't simplify your life. Often perf reviews are a burden.
