Pros
Coming from a job in an industry where the well-being of employees was not at all a priority, SnackNation has been a breath of fresh air. The management truly cares about both your personal and career growth, whether that's within SN or at a different company. I have never worked somewhere where upward feedback is not only allowed, but highly encouraged. The President and CEO's doors are always open, which is hard to find anywhere else. Cannot begin to explain how amazing the people are who work here. The company culture could not be better!
Cons
Although SN has experienced extreme growth in such a short time, it's still a start-up. You must be extremely flexible and willing to adapt to constant change.
