GROWTH OPPORTUNITIES: Since we're growing so quickly there's a ton of opportunity for promotions and lateral movements within the company. I've seen team members promoted from SDR to AE, AE to SAE, Member Success SMB to Enterprise, and movement from Operations to Marketing, SDR to Customer Success, Member Success to HR, Sales to Sales Management, and many more. AMAZING LEADERSHIP: Incredibly intelligent executive team who are true experts in their respective fields. They truly care about each team member, and each team member's development. There aren't any cons. It's a work hard; work smart; develop yourself; have fun type of culture, and everyone must carry their weight. Leadership holds very high expectations for themselves and thus they hold high expectations for the team.
