Pros
- The initial training is outstanding, especially for remote employees
- I have constant, ongoing support from supervisors and colleagues when I need it
- There's flexibility to do volunteer work during work hours.
- I can work on non-urgent cases at any time, day or night, weekends or weekdays, which also provides more flexibility during the work week
- Intensive and urgent projects are a team effort and all hands on deck, so you feel supported even into the midnight hours
- There's LOTS of work!
- Company will fly you to Atlanta at least once a year to work side by side with office colleagues and leadership team
- Leadership really does want to hear from you, and hear your thoughts on what can be done better for the org
Cons
- Lots of inconsistencies with follow up training - some micromanage and it's not motivating or helpful at all
- Report reviewers seem to review differently, so again there's inconsistency on how research information should be compiled for them. That's frustrating at times
- You will definitely pull all-nighters, or close to them, when working urgent projects with deadlines, but you have the support from your team throughout
- Occasionally you will work on these urgent projects over the weekend
- YOU have to make sure to work enough projects in order to bill the ideal "quota" of hours each week/month; so when times seem slow, be sure to ASK FOR PROJECTS
