Pros
the benefits are quite sweet, office building is in a secluded area but there are plenty food options around. Managers and colleagues have a very bonded relationship and strive to do their best for the good of the company. Very rare camaraderie found, would love to stay here for a long time
Cons
pay slightly below market average. besides that, not much cons. Certain managers can micro manage, which is quite tough for people to adapt.
