The culture here is terrible. Everyone is miserable. Within a week of starting my job I had multiple people from several different departments tell me how much they disliked working here. Many people have left and their positions are not being back filled and as a result several people are overworked. Corporate will dangle promotions but when thee time comes refuses to promote anyone. Project managers promise unrealistic timelines to corporate for new product launches. I've sat in many meetings that ended with people fighting with each other.
