Your only job is to conduct a 30 minute scripted appointment, complete a scan and secure the sale on the spot. The script is non negotiable and monitored by asking patients if you can film the appointment for coaching. Answers to patient questions are scripted. Responses to feedback are scripted. Your compliance to following the script is monitored daily. What you can and cannot discuss is predetermined. You are there to sell and give only the information within the script. Your results are monitored daily and how you are treated within the team is based on those results. Managers will question why a customer did not sign up and ask what you did wrong. On a good week you will be reminded your team resent your results, on a bad week you will be reminded the top performers resent your results. No ones job is secure and everyone is replaceable. It's like being on a sinking ship with one life jacket - and you're clawing at your friends to save yourself.
Often when people leave they are blamed as they couldn't keep up with the " fast paced, ever changing " environment of a " disruptor to the market" but more likely ( in my personal opinion and given the overwhelming amount of comments on this website ) its because the position is so emotionally and mentally tortuous that your friends and family will BEG you to quit because they cant stand the person you've become.
