Everyone was friendly and had an overall nice environment.

I wouldn’t say there are any cons

Team is a fun bunch with lots of personality, you learn the ins and outs of running a restaurant

Poor management, Rude customers, Lazy employees, Poor work ethic, Lack of support, Employees talk too much!!! This may not apply to every Smashburger location; I'm just talking about my personal experience. I do not recommend working food service at all. Save yourself the stress and overload. These people will take advantage of your kindness and time. It's not worth it all.
