Pros

In less than two years with them I have grown professionally exponentially, both career and salary side. I love that the company values are not just mere slogans but are respected first and foremost by my bosses. It is a constantly changing and growing reality, and while it can be challenging, the reward of being able to adapt to these changes fully repays the efforts. Super recommended company!

Cons

As mentioned earlier, it is an ever-changing reality, and this is not always easy for everyone to manage.

Pros

After one year in the company, I can confidently say that I feel genuinely valued, both as a professional and as a person. The environment is challenging, but in a positive way: expectations are clear, the pace is stimulating, and you can clearly see the impact of your work on the business. There is a strong sense of ownership and trust, and good performance is recognized. It’s a place where you’re encouraged to grow, take responsibility, and continuously improve, while working with smart and motivated people.

Cons

Nothing major to point out. The pressure can be high at times, but it really depends on how you manage it. There are periods where you might work longer hours, yet without really feeling like you are “working,” thanks to the level of ownership and engagement.

- lots of visibility due high volume smb - young team

Cons

- more C2B than B2B - small clients - ratio outbound work > client work (70:30) - less learning about common sales skills (MEDDPIC ect.) and sales tools
