Nice, fun, smart, eclectic people. High transparency, very approachable and open president. Pretty good quality codebase. Good software development processes. Good work/life balance. The services they've created offer real, practical value to their customers and their clients. They continue to improve their core product & develop new, related services. Company has solid traction and is growing. Plenty of mentoring and opportunity for growth. Interesting problems to work on. Kitchen fully stocked with good variety of foods from Whole Foods, and is a gathering point for whoever is taking a break or pondering problems. The new office ( I left before they moved from Cambridge to Boston ) has really inspiring views of Boston.
Cons
I actually got tired of broiled salmon for a while, but fortunately there were scallops, shrimp, and occasionally cod. I found it hard not to eat too much cheese & Iggy's bread.
