The behaviour and culture of the startup is pathetic; there is a lot of under-evaluation and disrespect of both work and the employee. They sell lies while hiring, and the terms come out to be opposite in practice.

It's very unstable company like at first you will feel happy wuth the salary and remote work but soon they will terminate you from fulltime employmemt.
