Pros
I don't think it's reasonable to expect any employer to be perfect. For me, I'd prefer an employer that knows its strengths and weaknesses. SmartEquip knows there's work to be done and is actively taking steps towards making things better. I've seen significant changes since I've been here and I'm excited about what's to come! If we can pull it all together, there's no telling how far this company can go.
Cons
As I mentioned above, there are some things that need to change. There's a lot of history with this company and it's hard to move past some of it, but until we do we're going to be stuck in this limbo of "we're almost there."
