Some aspects were excellent/Others were odd - Frontend Developer SmartCow Employee Review

Some members I had worked with were clearly fish out of water, it would be challenge to deal with frequently over the span of a few months. Whether it was being called at 11PM on a Sunday night or me having to the explain to the designer why major design changes to a Figma file with no versioning/backups during a 2 week development cycle is a problem, there was usually something to deal with every other day to the point where just accepting things and moving on was the solution. While some carried excellent professional attitudes others would be well below the norm, it was an odd environment. Having since worked in other development environments where basic things like this were taken into consideration as the norm, it struck me how bizarre the experience was here. Having said that, this review is a reflection of my working with the organization nearly a year ago. I hope things have improved since that time.
