Pros
1. Challenging work. 2. Participation all-round. 3. No limitations in putting innovative hat. 4. Training ground for people who have got jobs erstwhile (and still crib about environment in SA...isn't that ironical>>) 5. Complex work and participation in the project spectrum makes you learn things quickly (though a lot depends on how passionate you are with the work given). CAVEAT: If you are among one of a lazy bone and like copy-paste, 9-5 job, moreover don't have a lateral thinking attitude and has habit of taking a long stroll after lunch with periodical (and long) coffee breaks, PLEASE DON'T JOIN SMARTANALYST. You would be wasting your and SA time
Cons
1. Work force is skewed. Need more people on board to distribute projects accordingly. Sr people appears burdened sometime (or may be all time!) 2. Ethics across the board should be strictly followed. Yes, I agree with one of the review which said that a lot of time 'F' word is uttered. I am very sure that this could be stopped. Anybody could be burdened with work and frustrated with deliverables but that doesn't mean shouting-howling on peers in GGN. We need to work as a cohesive team to achieve a common goal. 3. Flexibility in-and-out. Though not formally structured, but this is already existing. Depending on when you stayed late or has exigencies and have reasons to support it, you can always be flexible on time.
