Friendly environment The management is easily reachable The company is into cloud applications which is a positive sign, but the application that they have partnered with (Ramco Systems), is definitely not a good sign. If you work for their application, it is not going to add any value to your career. Easy onsite opportunities if you are a functional consultant The whole bunch is of young generation and you shall have a gala time. You get salary on the date. Very rarely does the salary deposit gets delayed and only when there is any problem with banks, like strike, bandh, etc. Work life balance is really bad, there are only few experts who work day and night for getting the job done.

Ramco application is not going to add value to any employee here As a fresher you shall join for experience Salary is below par when compared to other companies Appraisal and hikes are limited All the family members are heads of each department, this is a family run organization.
