The so-called "leader" of this circus is utterly incompetent. He/She micromanages to an absurd degree while simultaneously having no grasp of what's actually happening in the company. Decisions are made on a whim, with no regard for logic or consequences. It's like watching a toddler try to pilot a 747 - terrifying and destined for disaster.
