None, just poor management and low wages along with long hours. Poor benefits and no respect for employee. No breaks and you are forced to work weekends and Holidays for no extra pay. A pay check as long as the doors are still open . Cookies so you can gain weights and be stressed out.

Poor management, disorganized, bad hours and allow scheduling to control entire company. CEO only interested in growing business, while existing clinics struggle . Company only interested in expansion, the Walmart of Imaging. Don't Waste your Time. If you are looking for a frustrating place to work than this is your job, never know when the clinic you are working at is going to close suddenly. Bad , low quality imaging equipment, management went cheap on MRI scanner. Wasted money on fancy over priced Décor and wages are below standards. The CEO enjoys firing people and has no business in the healthcare, The business model is broken, lowest prices everyday, sound familiar, Walmart. Smart people stay away from Smart Choice. I cannot recommend this company to anyone, if you care about your professional reputation just stay away. You get what you pay for and in this case low price equals low quality and that equals missed diagnosis. If you never heard of Smart Choice that's because they are a joke and you should take note of that. Your Doctor has never heard of them either.
