      Alas,....unfortunately no pros now. The company is going down...

      very incompetent management. Looks like they hire them (managers) to lay off people in order to increase profit and nothing else.

      Decent product, and global market penetration.

      Cons

      Mergers have been devastating for staff and morale - I saw three in my tenure. Merit does not seem to matter. When new management comes in, everyone is axed.
