At the beginning of each year, our leadership team sets core objectives that will help us meet our goals – these do not change throughout the year. Team and individual annual goals should all be directly connected to those core company goals. We encourage you to work closely with your manager if you feel your daily activities and priorities are not aligned with the goals of the organization.
We are disheartened to hear your comments about the annual review and exit interview processes. Smarsh is committed to creating a pay for performance culture focused on rewarding achievement of company business objectives and individual performance. We also aim to gather feedback on a regular basis from both current and exiting employees in an effort to enhance our culture.
