Good culture, Most of the employees i met were friendly and welcoming. Work from home policy
Cons
-Says they are a product company, more of a bespoke development house, - product doesn't exist, only some code and designs -Pushes employee autonomy, however, that couldn't be further wrong, powers above very controlling and pressurising - Over promise under sell - Job role not what it was described - Flat hierarchy they say - this is not true - Lots of travelling
