Pros

You get a desk, and you can take your lunch whenever you’d like.

Cons

I rarely got paid on time. Popular items were constantly out of stock. Products that were unlikely to ever be restocked were “Coming back next season.” As mentioned in another review, the IT department is completely useless. The website descriptions for items are not always accurate, leading to confusion for customers. The office was cluttered with personal items.

Pros

Excellent creative team Outstanding leadership Company is innovative always working towards the next big thing in pet safety Lunch and holidays are flexible

Cons

Overall this company is well managed despite being a small team. All departments: Customer service, Operations, IT, Design and Engineering, they somehow create magic with the amount of resources given, the only con I can think of is the lack of a bigger advertising budget.
