Pros

Mission-driven company helping people overcome insomnia without medication—feels rewarding to make a real impact. Smart, supportive, and collaborative team with a strong culture of innovation. Leadership is transparent, open to feedback, and genuinely invested in employee growth. Exciting time to be part of the company as it expands into new markets and scales its medical clinic. Remote-friendly with flexibility in work-life balance.

Cons

Fast-paced environment, which can be challenging if you prefer a more structured or slow-moving workplace. As a startup, some processes are still evolving, so you need to be adaptable and comfortable with change.

Pros

I've worked at 4 other companies before Sleep Reset and this is truly the best place to work. Everyone is collaborative, hard working, and humble. They filter for the right kind of people to work with. It makes going to work a joy and no Sunday scaries or other types of scaries.

Cons

Still growing so there are things that are evolving but everyone tries to be as transparent as possible about it.

Pros

- The company is genuinely making a difference in people’s lives, especially for those struggling with insomnia. It’s rewarding to be part of a mission-driven team. - Leadership is passionate and experienced, with backgrounds in top healthcare systems and venture capital. - Remote work flexibility allows for good work-life balance. - Collaborative and supportive team culture—everyone is willing to help and contribute ideas. - Opportunity to grow and take on new responsibilities as the company scales.

Cons

- As a growing startup, things can change quickly, and priorities sometimes shift abruptly. - Processes are still being built, so there can be some inefficiencies and ambiguity. - Limited resources mean you have to be scrappy and wear multiple hats.
