      Pros

      Good, friendly people throughout the company. Everyone willing to help out if you ask, including the managers. Usually have support from others to complete my job. Manager is pretty flexible with requests for vacation or days off.

      Cons

      Sometimes co-workers and managers can get too focused on their own numbers and responsibilities instead of accommodating the needs of others. Need better structure for advancement.
