We understand that wait times on the phone and distribution times have been a concern for some of our participants, and we want to assure you that we are actively working to address these issues. We have implemented new processes and have added additional staff to our customer service team to help reduce wait times on the phone. Additionally, we are streamlining our distribution process to ensure that our participants receive their funds in a timely manner.
We are also investing heavily in updating our technology to enhance the participant experience. Our goal is to make it easier for participants to access and manage their retirement accounts through our online platform. We want to provide a seamless experience that allows participants to take advantage of all the benefits that Slavic401k has to offer.
