Bullying is allowed - Anonymous employee Slavic401k Employee Review

The company allows bullying. One person in particular was notorious for saying very mean and demeaning things to certain individuals. Her behavior was very strange however because she was super sweet to some people and a complete witch to others. It was so bad that many people there refused to even deal with her directly. I had to work with this individual as she was responsible for training me since the person previously in my position decided to leave after only a few months. Unfortunately I was on her bad side since day 1 and after complaints to management I was basically told that I'd have to learn to deal with it like everyone else. Thankfully a position in another department opened up shortly after and I was moved. The difference was like night and day as everyone treated each other kindly and with respect and they all helped each other and worked great as a team.
