Pros
Slalom really cares about their people. They make sure benefits are good and take people's input seriously. The work is interesting, and I grew a lot in my time in Slalom.
Cons
The work depends a lot on who your client is. Some people had great clients, lots of room for growth, interesting problems and technology. Other people were stagnant and locked into clients with uninteresting problems or old tech.
