Pros
It's a small company, with few guidelines, so you can perform your work as you see fit. The boss is also out of the office a lot, which makes it easier to get your work done since there is no one micromanaging you.
Cons
It's a very buddy-buddy environment, where friends of the VP get to show up when they want, charge whatever hours they want and don't have to do anything. Hiring standards are unfortunately pretty low. You don't need a college degree to get in, so there have been a few questionable hires over the last year or so. There's not much room for career advancement. Pretty much the spot you get hired for, you will stay in.
