      Pros

      For me personally great work-life balance. Very accepting of schedules and early bird lifestyle. Really nice colleagues and team lead. The project was also a great place to refine and improve skills, strong adhesion to coding principles.

      Cons

      Massive round of layoffs due to loss of clients. Unannounced right up until the week of.
