      Beer and alcohol in the Fridge. Help Yourself! On duty, that's OK. Party on Fridays! Weekly back stabbing. Those are the Pros! Sound good, go there, if not RUN! Run away Fast!

      Cons

      Berating and back stabbing weekly. It's hard to soar with Eagles when surrounded by Ducks!

      The headquarter leadership team is wonderful with good intentions. Organized and transparent environment.

      Cons

      Franchise locations are often short-staffed therefore ran poorly. This has a negative effect on this remote role, making the job extremely challenging with an overwhelming amount of complaints.
