The team was overall full of talented, driven people who cared about each other and the clients. I was honored to work with such wonderful, smart people.
Cons
No benefits, no recognition, negative energy all around. Ownership is never satisfied with your work--and not in that ever-hopeful "let's keep learning and growing!" kind of way. Instead it's penny-pinching, over-optimizing, and extracting as much from someone (client or employee) as possible while giving as little in return as possible.
