Pros
If you want to get paid a lot but don't care about job security or real interest in people, this is the place for you. The only way they know how to take care of people is to throw with money, which has now gotten them into trouble. Colleagues are really nice though. Though such a bad working environment is never going to be good for the team spirit.
Cons
They pretend to care about people, but only because they need to get them to do what they want. They don't understand their staff and they do not care either. Very American approach to business, they don't understand how it works in Europe. Don't care about your rights. Not sustainable. No wonder it's a sinking ship.
