Great smaller company with a lot of dedicated employees.

The benefits weren't as good but only because it is a smaller company

Very welcoming, friendly employees. If there's no jobs to work on you can still work at the shop so you get a full paycheck.

Lacks training structure. Poor communication from management about jobs/schedule. Never know where you're working until what seems like last minute. Inconsistent schedule for travel jobs, you're told last minute about the job and it really puts a lot of stress on your family relationships.
