      Pros

      Very welcoming, friendly employees. If there's no jobs to work on you can still work at the shop so you get a full paycheck.

      Cons

      Lacks training structure. Poor communication from management about jobs/schedule. Never know where you're working until what seems like last minute. Inconsistent schedule for travel jobs, you're told last minute about the job and it really puts a lot of stress on your family relationships.

      Great smaller company with a lot of dedicated employees.

      The benefits weren't as good but only because it is a smaller company

      Pros

      Great company to work for everyone is very friendly and willing to help. The company is growing very rapidly which has created a lot of room for growth and they like to promote from within. There is a lot of work so everyone stays busy.

      Cons

      None at the moment things are progressing well.
