Good for the start - Senior Manager - Design Skipper Electricals Employee Review

Good company working worldwide with headquater based in India. The company has several representation in Africa, including but not limitted to Accra, Ouagadougou (where I worked for the last time), Togo and Niger, and Nigeria. I do like working for such a company.

Not of the time, African (I mean by local staff) hired are not well treated as Indian (expatriate staff) despite local staff is doing the great job; if any.

1. Best place to learn. 2. Good relationship among employees. 3. Timing & other HR facilities are good

1. No proper scheduling and planning 2. Unnecessary work pressure 3. No hierarchy system as the junior level employees are directly reporting to upper management. 4. Late sittings on almost all days.
