      flexible work hours and remote work, perks: skip credits, annual bonus, holidays, sick days, RRSP working with worldwide organization with Just Eat Takeaway countries

      Cons

      intense working load and multiple projects, sometimes POs doesn't have a clue about the requirements. lack of ownership in some teams. promotion management is slow and obscure.

      - short wait times - good schedule - high paying orders - good cx service - flexible hours

      - have to accept every order to receive high paying orders - glitches sometimes - low cx tips - first come first served scheduling - too many drivers
