Pros
Fun atmosphere for the most part, small business, tuition reimbursement, laid back, great owner, ability to do treatments on the side in the treatment room. The first 2 years you get raises quickly.
Cons
Absolutely NO room for advancement, tied to a desk/phone. If you choose to do a working lunch (work through lunch and eat at your desk instead of clocking out for lunch) you will not be able to eat, as the phone could ring and no one will help out. Somewhat catty at times, not a lot of consistency with policies (some people get away with things and others are punished).
