Base salary pay is low

Lots of different locations & room for growth within the company.

Terrible management. Owner of the company is awful & money hungry- not for the patients at all. HR is very unprofessional & turn over rate is very high due to the way that employees are treated. Rarely give pay raises & the workload is tremendous since they are perpetually understaffed due to HR & management being so terrible people are either leaving or being fired for dumb reasons.
