- be careful about speaking the truth to management, especially when reporting to people overseas. The "culture" tempts you to be open and honest, but the company is not yet mature enough to live by their values 100% - like with many new organisations and start ups, there are those building their career as a priority, raising their boat over and above all boats - be mindful what info you share
