The only pro is when the time hits 17 and you get to go home. Also colleagues.
Cons
Extremely low pay No reward EXTREMELY overworked No regard for employees Constant discrimination No AC in the office in summer or winter Very unprofessional management They do NOT follow their company DNA of being passionate, teamwork or whatever that was.
