Pros

-Flexibility IF you are part of a team where the manager supports that -Pay & Benefits are pretty standard - New CEO has the vision to make the commercial development division better -Top quality development projects -Work hard play hard culture

Cons

- Projects are so big that you don't get any diversity in terms of exposure, you are allocated to one project and depending on where you come in at in that project ti could years before seeing the other side thus making it hard to grow -Onboarding and training is subpar, its sink or swim on your own -Middle management (Development Mangers, Sr. Managers) are great at project managing but need a lot of improvement with people management. -Software and Systems are antiquated and below expectations considering the level of quality of the projects -Lack of diversity from an ethnicity standpoint

They have a lot of work to do

Cons

Absent culture, management system, and very behind IT program. Everyone is only out for themselves. Massive issue when corporate meets construction, managers don’t understand scopes, staffing plans, decent business practice, etc.
