      Pros

      Great team, good atmosphere in the office and ability to work from home. Massive open-door policy, everyone including the managing directors are very approachable. My role is varied and allows me to get involved in many areas of the business. Great annual bonus structure in place that is based on company performance.

      Cons

      No dedicated IT team in the UK, it is all based remotely in Germany
