Pros

If you have zero work experience, at any age, its a great place to start if you're okay with minimum wage. It's high energy being a theme park. I got along well with most co-workers. Easy in and out, basic orientation.

Cons

Not much in the way of training. I was in food service, and I was pointed to the register and set to work. At the time I worked there (some time ago) the didn't have the actual menu inside of the restaurant so when the customers would order the wings for example, I had no idea how many to serve. Customers are regularly angry because it's often hot and they are spending a lot of money, so be prepared to get yelled at while you're new and still learning. I call it a "Baptism by Fire." Once you get in the swing it can be fun, but that learning curve it brutal.

Pros

- Season Pass - The younger guests tend to treat you kindly - QuickSix (employee store) is really cheap except for energy drinks and certain food items.

Cons

- Most guests are extremely rude and do not listen - ABOMINABLE management. Inconsistent scheduling, unprofessional behavior, and not great pay for the work. - $16/hr doesn't feel great for a job that involves lots of manual labor in the sun. - Really weird hours.
