Pros
There's no limit to your growth within the company. Management listens to how you'd like to develop personally and professionally and help you develop a career plan that is right for you. They're very supportive if you're wanting to move into a different team so the ball is in your court!
Cons
No real cons but, Sometimes the workload can be overwhelming but it's manageable. This isn't unexpected since the company is expanding rapidly and things are constantly changing If you're not a fan of changes then a job at a start-up/scale-up company is probably not for you
